NEWS FLASH: Channing Tatum to Star in Sci-Fi Movie "Push"
Our favorite, in-demand young actor will star in yet another film very soon. Channing Tatum is slated to star in "Push", his very first science fiction film.
Paul McGuigan ("Lucky Number Slevin") will direct the movie, which is from David Bourla's script about a rogue psychic who teams up with a 13-year-old clairvoyant to take on a secret government agency.
"Push" is going to be an action packed sci-fi thriller that involves a group of young American ex-pats with telekinetic and clairvoyant abilities, hiding from a clandestine U.S. government agency. They must utilize their different talents and band together for a final job enabling them to escape the agency forever.
Channing's newest movie is set to begin shooting in August in Hong Kong and is set to release in 2008.
