Channing Tatum is on a roll and again is featured in People Magazine's coveted sexiest man alive issue for the 3rd year in a row.

This year People placed Chan in their "Sexy At Every Age" article, and below, fans can check out a scan from the November 30, 2009 issue of the magazine that features his ever-popular 'Public Enemies' co-star, Johnny Depp, on the cover.

NEWS FLASH: Channing Tatum Headed for the Streets of New York for 'Son of No One'

I recently reported that Channing Tatum will be starring in the crime thriller 'Son of No One' (set to be released in 2011), his latest drama with writer/director Dito Montiel, and now I have a few more details on the who, what, when, and where for the film production.

The estimated $20 million actioneer is in the pre-production phase and principal photography (aka filming) is currently scheduled to start on February 2, 2010 (right around the time Chan will be wrapping up promotions for his movie 'Dear John').

In addition to filming on location in New York City (which I totally pegged as a potential location in my last post about the film), the production will reportedly be making some stops in Detroit, Michigan and Toronto, Ontario in Canada.

It's an understatement to say that Dito Montiel is drawn to New York City much like ducks are drawn to water. After filming both 'A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints' and 'Fighting' in New York, it's clear that the city he grew up in seems to be his favorite directorial playground. From the South Bronx to Queens to Canal Street and more, fans can check out the beauty that is New York through Dito's eyes in the CTU Photo Gallery.

'Son of No One' is about a young cop named Jonathan White (played Channing Tatum) who is assigned to a precinct in the working class neighborhood where he grew up, and an old secret threatens to destroy his life and his family.

The cast is definitely shaping up for this one...Chan will be joined by his 'Fighting' co-star and Oscar nominee Terrence Howard (Vinny), James Gandolfini (Sergeant Mathers) and the incomparable Robert De Niro (Detective Stanford).

Sadly, it'll be a while before we can see Chan in this new film, but fans in the UK can watch him in his 2008 drama 'Stop-Loss' on Sky Screen 2 at 5:25 PM on November 20th and Sky Movies Drama at 11:00 PM on December 10th. Fans in the US can also watch Chan's movie 'Havoc' on IFC at 7:00 PM Central on November 21st and 1:30 AM Central on November 22nd.

New Photos of Jenna Dewan-Tatum on the Set of ‘Legend of Hell’s Gate’

Jenna Dewan-Tatum recently started working on her first western, 'The Legend of Hell’s Gate: An American Conspiracy', and has been really good about tweeting pics from the set.

On today’s post you can check out one of the three great photos Jenna has shared with fans over the past few days (CLICK HERE to see the other two).

This one's definitely my favorite thus far, because it shows Jen with her equally gorgeous mom who, like a trouper, pulled an all-nighter with the cast and crew when she recently visited Jenna on the Granbury, Texas set.

The Lake Country Sun is confirming that Jenna's new western will soon complete it's month long filming in north Texas. Based on her tweets, it sounds like the movie is going to be action-packed and true to it's western-era roots. She tweets...

"The scene were shooting tonight is one big gunfight, with TONS of actors! Pretty brilliant that were getting it all in 1 night...I just wanna say that bustles are amazing..insta-ass! Ladies, we gotta figure out the 2009 version."

Writer and director Tanner Beard told the Lake Country Sun that the production is currently in their third week of filming and will wrap on November 17th. They initially started off in Boerne, Texas, moved on to Possum Kingdom, and then filmed in Erath, Palo Pinto and Hood counties.

'The Legend of Hell’s Gate' is about how “Hell’s Gate” at Possum Kingdom Lake, Texas came to have it’s name and will allow fans to relive the story of how three outlaw’s expeditions and encounters through historical 1870’s Texas ended up being remembered for a lifetime.

After filming wraps, Beard told the paper that post production editing, music, and sound will take approximately four months and that the movie has an anticipated release of summer or fall of 2010.

Coincidentally, both Chan (who will complete his Roman epic 'Eagle of the Ninth' in Scotland soon) and Jenna will be wrapping up filming on their current projects about the same time, and hopefully, the newlyweds will be able to spend some well-earned quality time with family and friends stateside this Thanksgiving.

FIRST LOOK: Channing Tatum in ‘The Eagle of the Ninth’

Channing Tatum is days away from wrapping on his Roman epic 'The Eagle of the Ninth' in Scotland (the crew was recently spotted near Windyhill Cottage in the village of Altandhu). Thanks to the movie news site Collider.com we have a first look at Chan in what's going to be one of the biggest films in 2010.

Collider.com got a sneak peek at next year's big films at the American Film Market recently, which is where film distributors are given an opportunity to buy the rights for new projects and where currently-in-production films go to find more financing.

Festivals like this have gone very well for the film thus far. 'The Eagle of the Ninth' became a 2009 Cannes Film Festival hit because of its strong script, cast and director and the success of similar productions such as ‘Gladiator’ and the American HBO series “Rome”, starring Scot Kevin McKidd. The $23 million epic that is helmed by 'State of Play' director Kevin Macdonald and stars Channing Tatum, Jamie Bell, and Donald Sutherland has already lined up distributors all over the world.

Below you'll find the official plot breakdown for 'The Eagle of the Ninth'. This is the most detailed summary we've gotten for the movie thus far, so I would like to warn that there may be a few spoilers in the synopsis...

"Newly arrived in Britannia on his first command, young Centurion Marcus Aquila (Channing Tatum) heroically defends his ford against a massive Celtic attack but is so badly wounded that he is discharged from the army. Angry and bitter that his army career is over, Marcus chooses to risk his life on a seemingly impossible journey into the unconquered north to find the Eagle of the Ninth, the legendary golden standard lost fifteen years earlier when his father marched the Ninth Legion into the wilds of Scotland and never came back. As a companion, he takes his slave Esca (Jamie Bell), a Celt whose life he saved in a gladiatorial contest but who hates all things Roman. Their journey together into the wild north forgers the beginnings of a precarious relationship between them. But when they are captured by the Seal People, the most feared of all the Celtic tribes and the guardians of the lost Eagle, Esca claims that he is the master and Marcus his Roman slave - and Marcus has no choice but to entrust himself into the Celt’s hands. Just as Marcus fears Esca’s loyalty is lost and he is to remain a slave for life, the Celt proves true to his friend. Together they manage to retrieve the Eagle from an island temple and, keeping one step ahead of their pursuers in a thrilling chase to the safety of the border, they take a stand in a final, unexpected battle that reveals the secret of the Ninth."

'The Eagle of the Ninth' is scheduled to hit theaters some time in the third quarter of 2010.

NEWS FLASH: Hangout with Jenna Dewan-Tatum and Channing Tatum at the 2009 Dizzy Feet Foundation Benefit

Jenna Dewan-Tatum tweeted yesterday that she would be both presenting and performing with "So You Think You Can Dance" dancers and more at the upcoming Dizzy Feet Foundation benefit, and today, she announced that Chan would also be presenting with her.

Dizzy Feet Foundation was founded in 2009 by producer Nigel Lythgoe, director Adam Shankman, "Dancing with the Stars" judge Carrie Ann Inaba and actress Katie Holmes to help underprivileged young people realize their dream of becoming professional dancers and to support, improve, and increase access to dance education in the Unites States.

Guided by a board consisting of some of the most illustrious names in the American dance community, the foundation's mission is threefold: (1) to provide scholarships to talented students studying at accredited dance schools, studios, or institutions; (2) to establish national standards for dance education and an accreditation program for dance schools in all of the major styles of dance; and (3) to develop, provide, and/or support dance education programs for disadvantaged children through and with local community organizations.

Dizzy Feet's first-ever fundraising gala, CELEBRATION OF DANCE, is taking place at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood, California on Sunday, November 29th 2009 at 3PM.

All of the leads from 'Step Up', 'Step Up 2: The Streets', and 'Step Up 3D' will make appearances at the event. As I mentioned earlier, Jenna and Chan will be presenting and Jenna will also perform.

FIRST LOOK: Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan-Tatum Celebrate Halloween Burlesque-Style in Glasgow

While Meeka and Lulu Bella Tatum hung out with Chan's mom stateside this Halloween, Channing Tatum (in Scotland to film 'Eagle of the Ninth') and wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum celebrated All Hallows Eve in full burlesque regalia at Club Noir's Halloween bash at O2 Academy in Glasgow, Scotland.

Club Noir is officially the world's biggest burlesque club, and prides itself on its world-class, innovative variety shows with vintage music and beautifully costumed performers. Jenna tweeted a pic to show us her makeup a few days ago, but we didn't get any pics of the elusive Mr.Tatum...until now that is.

Thanks to the UK's Daily Mail we have a picture of the beautiful couple at the sold out Halloween Burlesque event this weekend where Chan and Jenna celebrated with approximately 2000 revelers. You can read the article from today's paper below...

The club described the event as "the most gory, gruesome, glamorous Halloween event in Scotland. Vampires, murder, torture, voodoo, dancers, singers, musicians, striptease, fetish acts, bands, DJs, magic, photographers, film crew, VJ and lots more". Sounds like Chan and Jenna probably had a ton of fun!!!

The Daily Mail felt that Chan was perhaps trying to channel (albeit a Burlesque version of) his Pretty Boy Floyd character from 'Public Enemies', which coincidentally was just released on DVD and Blu-ray in the UK YESTERDAY, so UK fans make sure you pick up a copy!!!

Happy Halloween From The Tatum's!!!

OK. You got me. The picture on today's post is obviously neither Channing Tatum nor his wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum, but there's still a treat at the end of this tiny trick. Dressed in their Halloween outfits we have Jenna's adorable dog Meeka (the fairy) and Chan's rambunctious little Lulu Bella (the carnival clown) wishing everyone a very HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

UPDATE (11/1/2009): Jenna's in Scotland visiting Chan again, but she didn't let that stop her from celebrating All Hallows Eve like everyone else. Here's a great photo that Jenna tweeted this morning showing her "Halloween attempt at "burlesque, eyes wide shut" makeup"...
