NEWS FLASH: Channing Tatum and 'G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra' Co-Star Marlon Wayans Salute Hometown Heroes in San Diego

After leaving New York yesterday, Channing Tatum made a pit stop in route to tonight's Los Angeles premiere to attend an early screening for some very special fans. Chan and Marlon Wayans continued the 'G.I. Joe' world-wide press tour by honoring local service men and women through a Hometown Hero Screening of 'G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra in San Diego, California.

At the event, Senior Community Representative Bill Cegelka presented local Hometown Hero Jose Velazquez and his son, Justin with a personal letter honoring Jose's service in the US Navy. Here's another photo with Chan, Marlon, and the service men and women...

The press tour ends in Los Angeles at the 'G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra' premiere on August 6th at 7:30 PM, and the it will be held at the famous Grauman's Chinese Theatre.
