New Photos of Jenna Dewan at ELLE’s Women in Hollywood Event and on “Melrose Place”

On today's post, we have new photos of Channing Tatum's wife (aka Jenna Dewan) as she arrives at ELLE’s 16th Annual Women In Hollywood Tribute at the Four Seasons Hotel on October 19, 2009 in Beverly Hills, California and new promotional photos from her "Melrose Place" shoot.

ELLE brought together an intimate group of Hollywood’s best and brightest talent for a celebration dinner honoring women’s achievements in film. This year’s honorees ranged from screen legend Julie Andrews to talented casting director Bonnie Timmermann, as well as several of today’s most critically-acclaimed actresses: Emily Blunt, Katie Holmes, Julianne Moore, Robin Wright Penn and Renee Zellweger (who were all showcased in this month's issue of the magazine which features ELLE's prestigious Women in Hollywood Power List by respected entertainment news blogger Nikke Finke).

Jenna tweeted about the event before and after and even let us know about a new role she just landed...

"Have an @elle_com Women In Hollywood event to go to, my favorite! so inspiring. they are honoring renee z, juianne moore, k. holmes etc..yea...Very inspired after my evening at Elle mag event. Julie andrews was there! Legend!! Love what I do...also, in other news..i am going to go film a western soon! very fun role, great cast of actors..stay tuned for more info xx"

CONGRATS to Jenna on the new role!!! In the photos below, you can see for yourself how absolutely glowing and beyond beautiful Jenna (in a George Chakra dress, Ippolita jewels and Sergio Rossi shoes) looked at the event...

Thanks to fan @maxdil we also have some great new promotional photos of Jenna Dewan as Kendra with Michael Rady as Jonah Miller at Katsuya (a Japanese restaurant in Los Angeles) in tonight's “Windsor” episode of "Melrose Place" on The CW. Enjoy!

Jenna appears in at least two episodes (seven and eight) and plays a movie executive named Kendra Wilson who works on the Paramount lot and has her eyes on Jonah Miller, an aspiring filmmaker. Her character is described as an ivy league graduate, wickedly sexy and wickedly smart.

I'm so excited for Jenna! She did a really great job in tonight's episode and I can't wait to see her second episode in two weeks!

New Photos of Jenna Dewan at 2009 20th Anniversary Inner City Arts Imagine Gala And Auction

After wrapping up her latest trip to visit hubby Channing Tatum on the Scotland set of his film 'Eagle of the Ninth', Jenna Dewan hurried home to take part in an event for an organization that's very close to Chan's sister's heart. Jenna attended (migraine and all) the Inner City Arts Imagine Gala to support her really good friend and new sister-in-law Paige.

Inner-City Arts (ICA), a vibrant arts instruction campus for at-risk children in the heart of Skid Row, celebrated its 20th year with the 2009 Imagine Gala & Auction by honoring "Everybody Loves Raymond" creator, writer and executive producer Philip Rosenthal, his wife, actress Monica Horan Rosenthal, and their children, Ben and Lily.

The organization is a learning oasis in the heart of Los Angeles' Skid Row where professional artists teach students in a studio environment.

ICA has served 150,000 of the city's most at-risk children and works in partnership with the Los Angeles United School District to bring elementary and middle school students to the campus during the day for instruction in visual and performing arts. High school students participate in after-school and Saturday programs.

National research proves students who attend ICA classes show dramatic increases in statewide standardized test scores.

They learn collaboration, creative and conceptual thinking skills and create a whole new vision of self, hope, accomplishment and belonging.

Paul Reiser emceed the event that was chaired by Anna and Ray Romano and included entertainment by the band Los Lobos. The gala also featured the culinary skills of celebrated chefs during the cocktail reception and dinner including: Wolfgang Puck, Alice Waters, Nancy Silverton, Mario Batali, Sherry Yard, Suzanne Goin, Michael Cimarusti, Gloria Felix, Suzanne Tracht, Matt Molina, Zoe Nathan and Vinny Dotolo and Jon Shook.

For the live auction, Jen told me that Chan donated a day of paintball with him, and she donated a dance class taught by her. I'm sure that whoever won either will have an incredible experience. So jealous!!!

On a side note...Jenna tweeted last night that she's going to have another Q & A on Twitter, so make sure to get in your questions. You can CLICK HERE to see what was asked and answered on the last Q & A Jen did for her fans.

Finally, the wait is almost over! I believe that episode 7 (aka "Windsor") of "Melrose Place" will premiere NEXT TUESDAY, October 20 @ 9PM ET/PT on The CW. This is supposed to be the beginning of Jenna's two episode arc on the show, so don't miss it!!!

If you want to see Jen on TV sooner, fans can watch her movie 'Fab Five: The Texas Cheerleader Scandal' on the Lifetime Movies Network SATURDAY, October 17 @ 7PM ET/PT.

New Photos & Interview with Jenna Dewan at the Rock A Little, Feed A Lot Benefit Concert

I have a new interview and new photos of Jenna Dewan to share with you guys. Channing Tatum's wife of almost 3 months and half of Hollywood attended producer Adam Shankman's Rock A Little, Feed A Lot benefit concert held at Club Nokia on September 29, 2009 in Los Angeles, California.

The star-studded event successfully raised over 10.2 million dollars for the charity Feeding America in one night. For those who don't know, Feeding America (formally known as America's Second Harvest) is the nation's largest domestic hunger-relief charity, with network members supplying food to more than 25 million Americans each year.

The benefit concert featured live performances by Sheryl crow, Ben Harper, Joel and Benji Madden from Good Charlotte, "American Idol" alumni Katharine McPhee, Tom Morello, and Johnny Lange and remote performances from One Republic, Miley Cyrus, and Rob Thomas.

The big night also included presenters like Alanis Morisette, Isla Fisher, Gary Shandling, Jennifer Lopez, Christina Applegate, Lance Bass, Nigel Lythgoe, Courtney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Arquette, Allison Sweeney, and Jeff Probst from "Survivor", and Jenna presented with Mary Murphy from "So You Think You Can Dance".

Style Critics had this to say about Jen and her outfit for the night...

”Looking at Jenna Dewan brightens my day up a bit. Don’t you just love those eyes and that smile? Plus, she wears a multicolored H&M dress to the Rock A Little, Feed Alot benefit concert. She pairs her metallic top with LNA leggings, purple Moschino heels and Loree Rodkin jewelry...Leggings give a whole new edgier feel to this outfit!"

E! News caught up with Jenna at the event and got some scoop on her upcoming appearances in episode 7 and 8 of the new "Melrose Place" reboot. You can read the article in it's entirety below...

Who exactly is the sweet, petite Jenna Dewan calling out on Melrose Place?

"Everyone, listen," Jenna grabbed our mic and whispered at last night's fabulous Rock A Little, Feed A Lot charity event. "I would love to have a bitch-fest with Katie Cassidy [Ella]. I've known Katie for years, so we would have really good chemistry."

Unfortunately for viewers who would die to see that sexy showdown when the newlywed joins the series in episode seven, she's strictly involved with Michael Rady's aspiring Tarantino, Jonah.

But with Ella vying for the affections of the newly engaged Jonah, wouldn't it be the perfect catalyst for the face-off?

Jenna thinks so! "That would be great—let's tell the writers!" Melrose scribes, are you listening?

So, what's the real deal with the "sexy, campy, fun" Ivy League-educated movie exec she'll be playing?

"I come in and spice it up for a few episodes and leave; it's fun," Jenna tells us of her stint on Melrose 2.0. Initial reports had Dewan signed on for just two eps, but she tells us that her multi-episode arc is definitely left open for a future return.

"I've done three so far [and] it's a recurring thing. They could bring me back, they could not. It's one of those things," she says, alluding to the former.

Just as she was about to run off, we tried to get her spill on whether Jonah will be able to resist her "wickedly sexy" ways and stay faithful to fiancée Riley (Jessica Lucas). Needless to say, Jenna stuck to her go-to response: "I spice it up. That's all I can say."

You can checkout some of the new photos of Jenna with friend Lance Bass and Mary Murphy arriving at the event, backstage, and on stage presenting during the show....

And last but not least, an adorable personal photo Jenna took after the Feeding America benefit concert to say goodnight to her Twitter followers...
